![]() ![]() Think about how much money and time and patience you lost? The customer care from J.ING, it is just no more than a joke. Any bad comments? They don't care about it. You won't see the refund, as nobody from J.ING will talk to you any more. Otherwise, don't ship them back the returns, as you pay the shipping fees and send them the original clothes for nothing. In summary, if you got what you wanted after having received the clothes, congrats. In one word, when you ship them back the returns, the whole customer care team just disappears forever. Btw, their return department number, *******955, you won't have any chance to reach them, because nobody on that end all the time. Simply, nobody from customer care showed up any more. I spent the upcoming one month trying to reach them by all means, writing an email, calling the customer number and leaving messages. I did what they asked and offered them the tracking number. Finally, they wanted me to ship at my expense to their warehouse. The customer care replied to my email very slowly. However, since I was asking for the return, then the nightmare started. Before I placed the order, the customer care always replied to my email in the first place, which gave me the confidence to make the payment. Long story short, I wanted to return my first order as the size doesn't fit. I chose to believe in that YouTuber, which was my biggest regret among all of my online shopping experiences. I followed a YouTuber who recommended this site, which I had never heard about the name of J.ING before. The website has beautiful clothes on display, but the issue with color and size, and paying hefty shipping despite the products being expensive already, makes me shy away from them. The purchase made me underwhelmed and I returned the dress. The return process was also a little bit confusing, and overall it felt way too messy for an item that was so expensive. Considering that this dress was over $100 and that I had to pay $15 return shipping, I wasn't very impressed. The dress looked awful on me, and it felt cheap. The dress looked like it was made from a different material than the one in their photos, and the color was also more saturated than pictured online. However, once I received the dress, I was not at all impressed. I went with a size S as I figured that a slightly tighter fitting dress would look good on my small waist (I have an hourglass figure, but I checked their measurements beforehand). I bought one of J-Ing's most popular dresses, the pink puffy one. ![]()
